for your 94-98 Dodge Cummins 5.9 12V.
 
Fuel pump does have the weep hole as pictured.
This pump will fit all 94-98 5.9 12V engines with the P7100 Injection Pump.
You will receive: 
(1) DCEC Cummins Fuel Lift Pump 
(2) Fuel Mount Gaskets.
