Customer self-service returns APPLY

You may return AFA MOTORS product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the original purchase price.

1. AFA MOTORS will provide return shipping free of charge and a return shipping label upon request. Please include all original items in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund. No returns accepted after 30 days. When a return is initiated due to personal preferences or reasons not related to the item's condition or our service, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. 
2. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued  within 3 business days of AFA MOTORS receiving all returned goods. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.
3. NON-AFA MOTORS BRAND RETURNS:Non-AFA MOTORS branded products, such as tires and wheels, may be subject to up to a 20% re-stocking fee depending on condition of returned items.
4. PURCHASES FROM AFA MOTORS DEALERS:Items purchased from AFA MOTORS Dealers or stores must be returned to those stores in conjunction with that store's policy.
5. WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE RETURNS:If you have been issued a warranty replacement part, we may request you return the defective part. If necessary, this procedure will be highlighted further when you've submitted a Warranty Claim. Read more about our Lifetime Replacement  Guarantee.
