Q. WHAT IS AFA MOTORS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE PROGRAM? 

A. If a retail customer purchases an eligible AFA MOTORS product the customer may return his/her product to AFA MOTORS for any reason within 90 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. 

Q. DOES THE CUSTOMER RECEIVE A FULL REFUND ON HIS/HER PURCHASE PRICE?

 A. The customer will receive the purchase price of the product itself. The customer's buyback price does not include anything else. For example, the buyback price does not include taxes, shipping, installation, or any other expenses incurred by the customer at the time of taking delivery.

Q. CAN INSTALLED MERCHANDISE BE RETURNED? 

A. Of course – if you have not installed it you have not tried the product. 

Q. WHAT DOES A CUSTOMER HAVE TO DO TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

 A. The customer will need to fill out our online Return Request Form here. Once an administrator at AFA MOTORS has reviewed and verified the documentation requirement, the customer will be contacted to return the product. Please allow 24-48 business hours after you have submitted the Return Form to be contacted with further instructions. 

Q. WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS A CUSTOMER MUST SUBMIT TO RETURN A PRODUCT? 

A. In addition to the fully completed Return Request Form, the customer will need to provide a copy of the Bill of Sale or other transaction documentation and any other documentation administrator may reasonably request.

A. The customer will need to fill out and submit our online Return Request Form here. 

Q. WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS PROGRAM? 

A. The hours of operation for claims are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Q. WHAT ARE THE 100% GUARANTEE TERMS? 

A. All items are eligible for return under this policy. You must return ALL parts and equipment included in the original shipment and are responsible for return shipping costs. If the part is defective, AFA MOTORS will pay for return shipping. AFA MOTORS will not reimburse the cost of installing / uninstalling a product from your vehicle. Items purchased from AFA MOTORS Dealers or stores must be returned to those stores in conjunction with that store's policy.
