AFA MOTORS collects sales tax for all retail transactions with customers in the State of Tennessee and the State of Nevada. AFA MOTORS is not required to and does not collect State sales or use tax for customers outside of the State of Tennessee and State of Nevada. However, these purchases may be subject to use tax in those states. Purchases are not exempt merely because they are made over the internet, by catalog, or by other remote means.
