This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, curbs, potholes, road debris, ice, or off-road use
- Improper installation, over-tightened hardware, or incorrect drilling
- Damage caused by cutting, heating, modifying, or using non-original hardware
- Normal wear, scratches, fading, discoloration, or cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
- Products purchased secondhand or without valid proof of purchase
Once a claim is reviewed and approved, we may provide replacement hardware, replacement parts, or a replacement product at our discretion. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and does not cover labor costs, installation fees, vehicle damage, towing fees, loss of use, or other incidental expenses.
