Description

Producing over 530 volts to the coil with spark energy levels as high as 135 millijoules, this prime ignition component delivers more power without drawing much current.
Great for use with 4-, 6- and even 8-cylinder engines with 12V negative ground electrical systems, the MSD 6A accepts trigger inputs from breaker points, amplifiers and magnetic pickups. Within each is a highly efficient microprocessor, which controls and keeps track of every firing and rev limit. It comes with a wiring harness and all the necessary installation components, with the wires running through the ignition box and exiting out a locked, sealed connector.
As an added bonus, each box includes a built-in LED to remind you to conduct regular system checks. Rev limiters are not included. Your MSD 6A Ignition Box is supported by a limited warranty.
